Mr. Barry J. Fuller
researched, wrote and regularly updates this website based on more current
information. He has been a University Instructor, Alternative Materials
Specialist, experimental designer and builder - as well as a media producer. He
produced the DVDs offered in the DVDs, Plans & Research
section of this site. Mr. Fuller developed his interest in papercrete by
traveling throughout the country interviewing people who have extensive
experience with papercrete and learning as much as possible about building with
this exciting new material. Then he built Paper Palace One, a model test structure which was electronically monitored for three years. Photos

He has currently completed the conceptualization and planning of Paper
Palace Two, a 5500 square foot zero energy home, which is being made with a new
form of papercrete called BetR-blok. BetR-blok is machine made and
has been engineered to meet building codes everywhere. Mr. Fuller designed
and supervised the fabrication of the entire BetR-blok manufacturing system. You
